The library of Pennings Foundation consists of over 6000 books on photography. Thanks to a donation of over 4000 photo books by Adrie Mennen, the emphasis is on monographs of Dutch photographers (first editions and mostly signed) from the beginning of the 20th century to 2017. In addition to monographs, the library also contains anthologies of Dutch photography. 

 

You can visit the library for research and inspiration during opening hours of Pennings Foundation. Searching by name, title or theme is possible via the national network  www.fotografiebibliotheek.nl to which we are connected. 

 

On request and in consultation, we can provide an educational program on a theme or subject, for example architecture, identity, gender or the changing Dutch landscape.
